How to use your resin incense sticks:
Clear your space of clutter and open up windows and curtains to allow for clean air to enter.
Light the end of the stick. Let it burn for a minute then blow it out. Concentrate on your goal. First fan the smoke with a feather around your body and anyone else in your space. Then walk around the perimeter of the house or room, wafting the smoke to each corner.
When your done extinguish it by gently stubbing it against your shell or bowl. Return the ash and broken fragments to the soil, and store the stick in a special location.
