SHIPPING POLICIES

I always ship within 1-3 business days of your order*, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. All domestic shipments are made via USPS or UPS, and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be emailed to you directly once your item has shipped. ☆ We well NOT ship any order from an IP address out of our normal shipping areas. Period.
We are not responsible for any customs and/or tariff fees imposed by your country.
Please make sure your address is correct and you can accept package deliveries there. The post office will not leave a package at un-deliverable location. We might be witches, but we're not mind readers.
!!! Once the package is in the hands of USPS, The Magick Cabinet will not be held responsible for slow, undelivered, stolen, misdirected, weather damaged packages or packages you did not pick up. I will always do my best to help you locate a lost package, but there is only so much I can do. If a package has not been delivered or has been lost in the mail - YOU are responsible for contacting your local post office. Yes, some First Class shipments, can take up to two weeks to get to you. If they cannot locate it, I suggest making a claim with your post office. !!!


RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from The Magick Cabinet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you (the purchaser) upon our delivery to the carrier. 


ORDERS:
Credit Card Orders - We may contact you if the amount is reasonably high or the billing and shipping addresses are different. We may request a copy of some form of identification (such as a drivers license) to be emailed to us. This is done for your protection and to avoid fraud.  Fraud is a prevalent problem today, but we are committed to ensuring your protection.  

RETURNS: All purchases from www.themagickcabinet.com and www.themagickcabinet.etsy.com, or in person from The Magick Cabinet are final; we cannot credit, refund or exchange these items due to the nature of the product. Please make sure you are one hundred percent certain when purchasing these products.
