Mountain Sage (Salvia regla) also known as "Royal Sage" is a very aromatic incense. Each bundle is sustainably grown, hand gathered, and hand tied, then allowed to dry for a aromatic, well burning smudge wand. Natural Incense burns clean and free from any chemicals. To burn a smudge stick: just light the end for about 10 seconds, then gently blow it out and either softly wave in air or place in a fire proof glass or metal container with enough sand or salt placed in the bottom to hold the smudge upright. To extinguish, invert smudge into the sand or salt to smother.
